Elle  is a wedding coordinator, marketing consultant and career student extraordinaire. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and after a year of working in “the field,” she found herself unsatisfied and searching for inspiration.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism and since beginning the program she has found a passion for services.

In her not-so-free time she is an aspiring freelance writer, a pursuer of higher-education, an apartment gardener and an amateur chef.  She adores reading the classics or anything that will make her laugh. She detests several popular mainstream book series, but prefers to leave them unnamed– wouldn’t want to upset the masses!

She swears that if life permits, she will be a student forever. Her love for education and motivation to have a fulfilling career that in turn fulfills other. Chasing Education is the culmination of her hobbies, her intellect and her journey through higher education.
